A beautiful traditional house adjoining another gîte for 4 people. Spacious accommodation for 4 people, with a 15m2 enclosed courtyard to the rear and public parking 5 m away.
You enter the house through the kitchen (equipped with microwave, oven and ceramic hob), with a dining area in the next room.
After 2 steps, you'll reach the living room with TV, WiFi, table soccer and office space.
Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom with bath and WC, and the 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm adjustable beds.
A 1-hectare garden is shared with the other gîte. In the rear courtyard (accessed via the kitchen), you'll find private garden furniture and a barbecue.
Shared laundry room with private washing machine and shared dryer.
Shared swimming pool
