For Jean-Guy and Adeline, working in the restaurant business is above all a shared passion. They don't count their hours to always satisfy the regulars and the passing customers they meet at the pizzeria. Jean-Guy assembles a homemade pizza dough, with different choices of bases (tomato or fresh cream) and toppings made from fresh and local products.
